The Joerns WeCare Hi Lo Bed raises and lowers the entire sleeping surface from floor level up to caregiver height. This makes it ideal for patients who are at risk of falling out of bed and for caregivers who need to assist with transfers without straining their back.
The Med Mizer Retractabed Wall Hugger Bed is a great option for smaller bedrooms because the head section pivots back toward the wall rather than away from it, saving several feet of space while still giving full electric positioning.
We also carry over bed tables and bed accessories that go with every setup.

In many cases yes. Medicare Part B can cover a hospital bed for home use when a doctor documents that it is medically necessary. Your doctor needs to write an order explaining why a standard bed does not meet your medical needs. Common qualifying reasons include the need to elevate the head or legs for a cardiac or respiratory condition, a requirement to change body position to treat or prevent pressure sores, or a documented need for caregiver assistance with daily care that requires a height adjustable bed.

Yes. Our standard models fit through standard doorways and work in most bedroom layouts. If your room is on the smaller side the Med Mizer Wall Hugger model is specifically designed for tight spaces. Call us with your room dimensions and we will confirm the right fit before delivery.
If you want to use Medicare or insurance coverage your doctor will need to write an order. If you are paying privately no prescription is needed. We will guide you through exactly what is required based on your situation.
All of our hospital beds come with a standard foam mattress. If you need a pressure relief or alternating air mattress for wound care or pressure sore prevention we carry those as well. Just let us know when you call.
